১. ব্যবসায়িক বৈধতা ও কমপ্লায়েন্স

আমরা বাংলাদেশ সরকারের ই-কমার্স গাইডলাইন, ডিজিটাল সিকিউরিটি আইন এবং Consumer Rights Protection Act অনুসরণ করি।

 

২. সাধারণ ব্যবহার শর্ত

• এই ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারের জন্য ব্যবহারকারীর বয়স ন্যূনতম ১৮ বছর হতে হবে।

• আমরা যে কোনো সময় পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই শর্তাবলি পরিবর্তন করতে পারি।

৪. পণ্য, মূল্য ও বর্ণনা

• পণ্যের মূল্য, ছবি, বিবরণ ও স্টক যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তনযোগ্য।

• ভুল মূল্য, টাইপো বা প্রযুক্তিগত ত্রুটির ক্ষেত্রে অর্ডার বাতিল করা হতে পারে।

• পণ্যের তথ্য যথাসম্ভব সঠিক রাখার চেষ্টা করা হয়, তবে শতভাগ নিশ্চয়তা দেওয়া হয় না।

 

৫. অর্ডার গ্রহণ, প্রসেসিং ও বাতিল

• অর্ডার প্লেস করা মানেই অর্ডার কনফার্ম নয়; স্টক যাচাই প্রয়োজন।

• ভুল তথ্য, পেমেন্ট সমস্যা বা সন্দেহজনক কার্যকলাপে অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে।

• অর্ডার বাতিল হলে রিফান্ড আমাদের Refund & Return Policy অনুযায়ী সম্পন্ন হবে।

 

৬. পেমেন্ট ও নিরাপত্তা

• সকল পেমেন্ট নিরাপদ ও অনুমোদিত গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে সম্পন্ন হয়।

• আমরা কোনো কার্ড নম্বর, PIN, OTP বা সংবেদনশীল পেমেন্ট তথ্য সংরক্ষণ করি না।

• প্রতারণামূলক লেনদেন আইনগত ব্যবস্থার আওতাভুক্ত হতে পারে।

 

৭. ডেলিভারি ও শিপমেন্ট

• ডেলিভারি সময় আনুমানিক এবং কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের উপর নির্ভরশীল।

• ভুল ঠিকানা, গ্রাহকের অনুপস্থিতি বা কুরিয়ার বিলম্বের জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।

• ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভুল পণ্য পেলে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।

 

৮. রিটার্ন, এক্সচেঞ্জ ও রিফান্ড

• রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড আমাদের নির্ধারিত Refund & Return Policy অনুযায়ী হবে।

• রিটার্নের ক্ষেত্রে পণ্য অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত ও ডেলিভারির সময়কার অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।

• যাচাই শেষে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন হবে, যা ৩–৭ কর্মদিবস সময় নিতে পারে।

 

৯. ব্যবহারকারীর আচরণ নীতি

ওয়েবসাইটে নিচের কাজগুলো সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ:
